FAQ

How often is the water delivered?   Deliveries are usually made between 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  Closed all public holiday and weekends.  Bottles are available at agent afterhours list of agent on our Facebook page.

How can I pay for a delivery to my door? We have lots of different ways.  Most popular is credit card over the phone M/C or Visa, Cash, become a pre-paid customer so you can pay online.  We do have accounts but only for business or mine site.

What time is the cut off for deliveries the same day?   Cut off is around 12 pm depending on the season.  Summer a lot earlier as is busier.  We do have an answer machine that you can leave a message 24/7 and you will than go on the next run list or can email us on gswco@westnet.com.au.

What size bottles do you have? Our watercooler/dispenser are 19ltrs or we also have a lighter one of 15ltrs as well.  Our boxed bottles 600ml (box of 24), 1.5Ltrs (box of 10), 5Ltrs (box of 4) and also a 10ltr bottle this has its own value tap on it.  

I have kids that want to play with the taps.  Is there any way of locking the taps? We do have spare hot tap that you can purchase and put onto your watercoolers.  These have a safety lock on them which stops little kids from burning them selves, but also can  work as a stop kids playing with the tap too.

Where does your water come from? Our water is from a natural underground spring that was found by Mr William Gibson in 1894 in Gibson WA.

Do you add anything to your water? No we don't add anything to our water.  We do have to run the water though three big filter to filter any impurities that run in the natural spring.

How do I become a Gibson Soak Water Company customer?   The easiest way is to contact in the office 08 90227800  or email gswco@westnet.com.au.  You can become a customer the same day (if before 12pm) and be enjoying the natural spring in your own home or work place.
